   Museum Salesiano Maggiorino Borgatello

Real monument of the regional patrimony, is the Museum Salesiano "Maggiorino Borgatello". Founded by the salesianos that there was heading the priest Jose Fagnano, Doing a tour for more than 100 years, they have managed to preserve valuable collections that represent the cultural and natural occupation of the Patagonia.

They can be from ethnological collections, crafts indigenous to the native villages, onas, tehuelches, yaganes and alacalufes, besides flora and fauna, petrified animals not forgetting the history of the oil in Magellan.



   Regional museum Braun-Menéndez

The history begins in the year 1903 when Mauricio Braun Menéndez entrusts his construction to the French architect Antonie Beaulier. Being a museum from the year 1983 when the descendants donate the palace to the Chilean State. It is located in the heart of Punta Arenas surrounded with gardens, centenary trees and in its interior there can be visited collections of furniture and objects of the golden epoch of Magallanes, a historical exhibition and rooms of temporary exhibitions.



   Museum Park of the Recollection

Museum outdoors located in the kilometer 3,5 north sheltered in areas of Magallanes University. Institution that supports important collections that represent a significant resource to the regional patrimony. The existence of the Museum called Park of the Recollection; someone represents undoubtedly an effort and singular contribution that is necessary to make stand out.
